Sentin possesses an entire one-stop production procedure, beginning from mold design and development to product warehouse-out inspection, with stric quality control assurance in every step. Sentin is up to the standard of quality service standardized, transparent, and strict, We do our best to make every product homogenized, from facilities to personnel allocation.

MOULD DEVELOPMENT/DESIGN

Mould design follows each technical requirement from customers， after discussion and research of the company’s technology department approving the project, draw mould to meet customer need, after confirmation of customer, send to mould workshop for manufacturing till the qualified test of mould.
DIE-CASTING

Make use of mold cavity to passing reasonable cooling water with dissolving cup, the characteristics are keeping constant temperature of mold temperature controller, press low tension, high tension and tension boost in molten aluminum metal used in mould cavity. Generally, mold cavity is made of high temperature resisted rolled steel for special use, according to different types of pressure casting , cold chamber die-casting machine or zinc alloy hot chamber die-casting machine is required.
MACHINING

The Japan-imported CNC machining center follows the processing requirement of customers' drawings, conducts precision machining of die-casting workblank, like slotting, tapping, milling flat etc, so as to meet the customers' required demand of accessories.
SURFACE TREATMENT

The surface of die-casting product is wiped out of wing, burr, is polished to make a tidy and pretty accessories. Shot blasting, natural color is passivated to meet the requirements of anti-salt and anti-fog, anti-oxidation, and weather-proof.
